2. Shipping and Order Processing

2.1 Shipping and Fulfillment within Austria, Hungary, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Polish time:

- Order processing time: 1-2 business days

- Delivery time: 1-3 business days

- Freight: Free shipping for orders over PLN 100

- For orders under PLN 100, a PLN 19.99 shipping fee will be charged

3. Shipping Company

Shipping services are provided by one of these express companies: DPD, DHL, UPS, or Inpost.


4. For pre-ordered or late-order items

If your order contains pre-ordered or late-order items, we will ship all available items immediately, and the pre-ordered or late-order items as soon as they become available. So, if you ordered multiple items in one order and only received some of them, don't worry, you will receive the rest shortly.

Orders are shipped from our EU warehouse located in Poland.
