How many days does a customer have to return a product?
We have a 30-day returns policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt of the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and repair it.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item in your possession, and after accepting the return, purchase a replacement separately.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the item was incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, or is faulty, we will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and this amount will be billed based on actual shipping costs.
